Waterville Valley is home to 52 trails which cater most to intermediate skiers, so it's best visitors know the basics if they are to make the most of the resort. For true beginners there are some trails available though, and there is a selection of expert trails, although somewhat limited. There is also a terrain park for snowboarders and many miles of cross-country trails.
