Phnom Penh's climate can be described as tropical, with hot weather all year round and seasonal monsoons. There are two distinct seasons: rainy and dry. Temperatures during the rainy season (June to October), average between 81°F (27°C) and 93°F (34°C). The dry season (November to March) is characterised by cool months, with temperatures averaging between 70°F (21°C) and 90°F (32°C), and hot months (March to May), which see temperatures range between 81°F (27°C) and 95°F (35°C).Winter is the best time to visit Phnom Penh, when the weather is cooler and activities will not be disrupted by rain showers. Roads are also better in the dry season, as they're not muddy.
